✓ Our refund policy for this service is applicable only for files within 15 days from delivery date.
✓ If the client returns the work after 15 days for quality issues, the client shall acquire a 30% charge for proofreading and 50% for rework. (The 30% & 50% is calculated based on file length & the original cost of the file).
✓ The refund policy is limited only for category A (Excellent) and B (Good) video.
✓ We reserve the right to conduct a proofreading review if there are issues raised on quality before processing a request for a refund.
✓ The request shall be acknowledged if the results of the proofreading review is able to validate a failure in our stated quality standards and guidelines. A revised copy shall be requested from the client.
✓ The refund policy is not applicable for poor quality video files and Rush orders.
✓ We will no longer acknowledge a refund request once the client approves the delivered Transcripts/Translation before the Captioning/Subtitling is made.
✓ We do not guarantee accuracy for Rush orders and poor quality videos.
✓ We also reserve the right to refuse rework requests for these poor conditions.
✓ The turnaround time starts only upon the completion of the payment, and not from the time of file upload.
✓ A customer is eligible for only one offer per order.
